You shop online and request a scheduled or instant, same day delivery through one of our partner stores in the Greater London area.

Our Urber community is notified. Urbers are flexible part-time couriers in your area who combine sustainable local deliveries with their daily jobs or studies.

The Urber who accepts your delivery collects your order in-store. All Urbers are fairly compensated and with full transparency from us. They know the exact compensation for each delivery even before the choose to accept it.

Your Urber delivers your products anywhere, anytime – on foot, by bike or via public transport. This way, your delivery has an absolute minimal effect on the environment.
